# Participant Training & Home Monitoring Schedule

## What to teach the participant about their daily routine and the general monitoring requirements.

### **The Monitoring Schedule**

Refer the participant to the **"My Schedule"** page in their Startup Guide.

- **Monitoring Periods:** Explain when they are expected to wear the Recorder (e.g., Baseline blocks or Follow-up blocks).

### **Daily Routine Training**

- **Charge**: Charge the Recorder at least two hours before each use until all four lights are fully white on the Recorder.
- **Cream:** Apply pea-sized amount to all 4 sensors (reapply every 8-12 hours).
- **Dress:** Skin contact essential. No bra *under* the shirt (over is okay).
- **Pair**: Open the Hexoskin mobile App and confirm the Recorder is marked as connected.
- **Connect:** Plugging the shirt connector into the Recorder starts the recording.
- **Disconnect:** Unplugging stops it.

### **Care Instructions**

- **Wash:** Place the Shirt alone in a mesh laundry bag. Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, liquid detergent.
- **Dry:** Never tumble dry.
- **Recorder:** Never wash the recorder.
