Study Kits, Inventory & "Stop Enrolling" Procedures
Managing Hexoskin kits, requesting supplies, and procedures for closing site enrollment.
Hexoskin Clinical Trial Kit Contents
- Standard: Recorder, 2x Shirts, Wall Charger, Micro-USB Cable, Laundry Bag, Conductive Cream, Startup Guide.
- Optional: Study Smartphone, charger block & USB-C cable(for participants without compatible phones), Hexoskin Research User Manual.
Inventory Management
Requesting Supplies
- When: Contact Hexoskin at least 2 weeks before onboarding a new participant if inventory is low.
- Email: trial@hexoskin.com (Include Site ID and quantities).
- Process: All shipments require an email acknowledgement confirming items received match the packing slip.
Site-to-Site Transfers
- Hexoskin may request that you transfer equipment to another site.
- Action: Hexoskin provides the shipping label; you must pack and ship the requested items. If you require help scheduling a pick-up, please let us know.
Stopping Enrollment (Site Closure)
When your site stops enrolling new participants:
- Email: trial@hexoskin.com.
- Subject: "Stop Enrolling - Site [ID]".
