Study Kits, Inventory & "Stop Enrolling" Procedures

Managing Hexoskin kits, requesting supplies, and procedures for closing site enrollment.

Hexoskin Clinical Trial Kit Contents

  • Standard: Recorder, 2x Shirts, Wall Charger, Micro-USB Cable, Laundry Bag, Conductive Cream, Startup Guide.
  • Optional: Study Smartphone, charger block & USB-C cable(for participants without compatible phones), Hexoskin Research User Manual.

Inventory Management

Requesting Supplies

  • When: Contact Hexoskin at least 2 weeks before onboarding a new participant if inventory is low.
  • Email: trial@hexoskin.com (Include Site ID and quantities).
  • Process: All shipments require an email acknowledgement confirming items received match the packing slip.

Site-to-Site Transfers

  • Hexoskin may request that you transfer equipment to another site.
  • Action: Hexoskin provides the shipping label; you must pack and ship the requested items. If you require help scheduling a pick-up, please let us know. 

Stopping Enrollment (Site Closure)

When your site stops enrolling new participants:

  1. Email: trial@hexoskin.com.
  2. Subject: "Stop Enrolling - Site [ID]".
Content: List all unused equipment (items & quantities) currently at your site for return instructions.
