Equipment Return & Final Reconciliation

How to manage equipment returns at the end of the study or if a participant drops out.

End of Participation Return

At the final study visit or upon withdrawal:

  1. Checklist: Verify return of Recorder, Cable, Charger, 2x Shirts, Laundry Bag, and (if applicable) Smartphone + Cable.
  2. Inspection: Check for damage, abnormal wear and tear, etc.
  3. Clean: Sanitize the Recorder surface. Launder shirts (or dispose of per site biohazard protocol).

Remote Return Option

If the participant cannot come to the site:

  1. Instruct them to box all items.
  2. Email: trial@hexoskin.com to request a Pre-Paid Return Label.
  3. Email the label to the participant for drop-off.
