Procedures for follow-up visits, including using OneSync as a failsafe and updating participant biometrics.
Pre-Visit Preparation
- Charge a spare Recorder in case a replacement is needed.
- Ensure your site PC has Hexoskin OneSync installed.
During the Visit
1. Data Verification
- Check the participant's app. If records show "Storage Failed" or "Sync Failed," you must use OneSync.
- OneSync Process:
- Open OneSync on the PC.
- Log in with your Site credentials (not the participant's).
- Connect the participant's Recorder via USB.
- Sync starts automatically. Wait for "Synced" status.
2. Update Profile
- Ask if their weight or height (optional for older adults) has changed.
- Update these values in the OneView Dashboard if necessary.
